buyers purchasing additional spot loads this week. Market participants� demands are
currently mixed. Some are willing to purchase spots at current prices, while others are
content to hold off on purchasing. There are some manufacturers offering extra loads to
weekly customers. There are reports export demand is healthy. Drying time is stable and
inventory levels are adequate for spot/contract needs. Dry whey market conditions hold an
unsettled tone.
