Prices are trending steady to firm for wings; steady to weak for boneless
skinless breasts, bone-in breasts and dark meat items, weak for tenders.
Trucklot buying activity is light and generally unaggressive approaching
the weekend as dealers continue to monitor disruptions in processing
schedules. Offerings of wings are seasonally light to moderate and moving
well; boneless skinless breasts and dark meat cuts are moderate to heavy.
Tenders are available with discounting noted. Market activity is slow to
moderate.
